Calling from France with a foreign mobile may get very costly in a short period of time! My advise, run to a "Tabac" shop, where they do sell cigarettes (by the way the only places where you can buy cigarettes in France). Ask the tender for a Bic Phone. Yes Bic, like the little lighters brand, the very same one.

For 50€ you'll have a phone, ready to work, with 60 minutes of calling and SMS prepaid!

This place is very cool because well located (Sacré Coeur), very affordable (30 to 40€/night) and offer rooms with Tv. Ideal for yound couples looking for romantism without enormous purchasing power.
