Food and beverages

It’s easy to sit down and have a nice fresh beer in Paris. Still, some bars and restaurants are way over priced, they’ll make you pay between 7 to 15 for a pint of beer!

Here are some good ones, some of the most welcoming and cheap place of Paris!

  • Le troquet: 36 rue Clignancourt Paris 18 (18th arrondissement) Metro Station: Chateau Rouge on line 4 -
Happy hours from 6 pm to 2am: 3,00€/Pint

  • Au Clair de Lune: 1 rue Ramey, Paris 18 (18th Arrondissement) Metro Station: Chateau Rouge on line 4-
Happy hour from 6pm to 2am: 3,5€/Pint, awesome music and Dj lineups

  • Le Louis d'or: 3 rue de la Bourse, Paris 3 (3rd arrondissement) Metro station: Bourse on line 3 -

Excellent spirit in this Bar where "Xala" the Basque guy will be happy to welcome you and poor you a nice pint of "Oldarki", a typical beer from it's southern french region

  • Chez Francis Labutte: 122, Rue Caulaincourt, Paris 18, Metro station: Lamarck Caulaincourt on line 12
I love this spot where you can eat actual great french food, cooked fresh and extremelly afordable. Try the Tartare or one of the daily french pie "tarte" for 6,20€!!! At lunch time it may be a bit crowded. Take a few minutes to walk around the restaurant, the place is gorgeous and really awesome to take pictures, very typical indeed
